After growing up in Simsbury, CT, Jay studied biology and music at Vassar College, where he was also an All-American swimmer and the class treasurer. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry with honors in esthetic dentistry. In addition to a one-year training in esthetic dentistry at NYU, Jay completed implant and periodontal training. He is excited to be a partner at DNL Dental Associates and is looking forward to meeting all the current and new patients.
Upon graduation, he practiced dentistry in Naples, FL before deciding to move back to CT. He is an implant fellow at International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and he's working on to become a diplomat at ICOI. He is a member of The American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
When not in office, Jay enjoys playing the piano, reminiscing about his early years of performing with orchestras as a soloist and collaborating with his sister, a Juilliard violinist, on the stage of The Carnegie Hall. He lives in Stamford, CT but can often be seen around NYC.
Lon Polverari, DMD

Lon grew up in Bethany, CT and attended The University of Connecticut where he received his BA in Biology in 1982. He continued his education at Boston University and received his General Dental Degree in 1987, with honors.
Following dental school, he completed his advanced General Practice Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He began working in Fairfield in 1988 and has been here ever since. He is a member of The Connecticut State Dental Association, The American Dental Association and The Bridgeport Dental Association.
He has volunteered at the annual CT MOM (Mission of Mercy) and in the Costa Rica Rain Forest Dental Clinic, both offering free dental care to those in need. Lon is an avid golfer and enjoys woodworking. He lives in Monroe with his wife and 2 children.
Dom Giordano, DMD

Raised in Port Chester NY, Dom attended Fordham University where he received his undergraduate diploma in 1981. He earned his DMD degree at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, in 1985.
Immediately following dental school he launched his dental career in Fairfield CT, a community he embraced and has enjoyed being a part of. Dom is licensed and accredited through The American Dental Association, The Connecticut State Dental Association, and The Bridgeport Dental Association. Because Dom is proficient at cosmetic dentistry he is also a proud member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dom is passionate about supporting communities in need and is also the founder of Dental Clinics International, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to setting up dental clinics in remote areas of the world with equipment and supplies. He was instrumental in establishing the first clinic in Punta Banco, Costa Rica where dentists from around the globe volunteer their services.
He currently resides in NYC and enjoys traveling, playing golf and is an avid reader.
Dr. Katherine Finkle, DMD

Dr. Katherine Finkel is a 1992 graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. She served her residency treating medically compromised patients in a trauma center at Stony Brook University Hospital on Long Island, New York.
Dr. Finkel's unique approach combines the artistry of cosmetic dentistry with her medical training in holistic dentistry – the strong connection between the mouth and the body, and its relationship to overall health.
Dr. Finkel is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She keeps abreast of the latest advances in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care through continuing-education courses.
Dr. James Pucci, DMD

Dr. James E. Pucci specializes in periodontics with advanced services in surgical and implant dentistry. He is trained in non-surgical and surgical procedures to eliminate gum disease, correct gum recession, decrease root sensitivity, and improve esthetics. He also uses a variety of bone grafiting (adding) and soft tissue (gum) grafting procedures to rebuild lost bone and tissue which increases the support around teeth.
Dr. Pucci is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Northeast Society of Periodontists and the American Dental Association. Dr. Pucci continues to accumulate numerous hours of continuing education related to implant dentistry.
Dr. Pucci received his B.A. from Yale University and his D.M.D. from Tufts University. He received his Certificate in Periodontology and Implantology from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1993. He is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American College of Oral Implantology and the Academy of Osseointegration.
